Plastic Sheets & Cuts
We can cut to size from our inventory any plastic sheet for your projects. Regular sheets are about 4 x 8 feet (no less than 48" x 96"). Keep in mind that to ship large sheets of plastic may cost you considerable amount, please maintain your dimensions within 38 x 28 inches.
Also we can bend plastic panels to the shape you desire, however it might be costly for custom shapes. For bending we use a high capacity oven which allows us to form panels up to 10 feet long.
We work with many different kinds of plastics. Below are the prices of most common materials. All cuts are made from the regular size sheet 48" x 96". Call 1-800-878-6144 for extra large sheets. If you don't see what you looking for call us, and we will do our best to help you. For all cuts tolerance is +/- 1/16". In applications where close tolerance must be held add 20%.

If you want to glue your plastics by yourself, ask for our glue kit. This professional glue works like a chemical welder. After a few seconds the two panels are completely bonded together.
